3) If we are
washing a deck or porch or gazebo, please have all
portable items like furniture and plants removed.
4) If you
are at home when our Technician finishes, please do
a walk around inspection and insure the job had been
done to your expectations. We try very hard to do
careful and thorough work, but we are human and occasionally
we miss a spot. It is so much easier to fix that spot
while we are still there at your home!
5) If you
will be paying by check, just make it out to Pristine
Powerwash and seal it in an envelope and give it to
the Technician before he leaves.
6) If you
are not home when we finish, you can leave the check
in a sealed envelope at a place pre-arranged with
Shane (540 621-0007). If you do not feel comfortable
with that, Shane can arrange for payment by credit
card. In either event, please be sure to do a walk
around inspection before paying... even if the Technician
has left. We want to know that our work is done properly
and professionally and is meeting your expectations.
